I’m Keri Knight and I specialize in helping adults with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. I also work with teen girls navigating ADHD and anxiety.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I know that strategies only work if they fit into your real life, your schedule, and with your nervous system.
