Create a life you love without ADHD standing in the way

For deep feelers, deep thinkers & bright, creative souls who want to live life intentionally.

Calm the chaos, live with more ease, and show up more consistently as your best self.

You are more than your ADHD.

Yet, ADHD affects every part of your life.

There’s nothing wrong with you. You just never learned how to work with your brain and nervous system.

Here’s the truth…

ADHD isn’t the problem (not entirely anyway).

It’s unmanaged ADHD that’s the real issue.

When you understand it, get to know yourself, and use your strengths (and you have some definite strengths!), ADHD can actually be an asset at times.

This isn’t about fixing yourself — because you’re not broken. It’s about finding a new path forward, with self-compassion, clarity, and courage.

You need support from someone who gets it.

If you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck, you’re not alone. Living with ADHD brings real challenges.

ADHD is pretty complex. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. I know first hand what it’s like to live with the challenges that come with ADHD. Having support and guidance from someone who truly understands is crucial to thriving.

How I help

  • With education and support, identify strategies and tools that help you to minimize the challenges that come with ADHD

I help people harness their gifts and talents so they can be who they want to be and create a life that they love living. When you work with me, we will clarify what's most important to you, identify what's holding you back, learn practical tools and strategies to help you reach your goals, and then actually implement these tools into your life.

Over time, you will feel less overwhelmed and more empowered. You will experience another way of being - one that is more resilient, less stressed out and worried. You will experience less chaos and more clarity.

When you transform what's on the inside, everything on the outside improves. Then you can consistently show up as your authentic and amazing self and live your life being the best version of you.

  • In one-on-one therapy I’ll guide you as you work through the emotions that come with growing up and living with ADHD, to help you find clarify & develop confidence in yourself, and to love and accept yourself just as you are.

My hope for you is that you will learn to accept, love, and trust yourself. To fully accept yourself, flaws and all, and KNOW that you can be the person you want to be.

Reduce stress and practice taking care of yourself – your heart, mind, body. Regardless of the challenges of ADHD, you deserve to have joy, connection, and a fulfilling life.

  • If you tend to overthink, feel deeply, or get overwhelmed easily, mindfulness can be a powerful tool to help you feel more calm, clear, and in control.
